CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY AGREEMENT

All payments and deposits made toward this retreat are 100% final and non-refundable. In the event that a participant cancels for any reason — including but not limited to illness, personal conflict, failed travel arrangements, or unexpected events — no refund will be issued. If an attendee is unable to attend, their space may be transferred to another person, subject to a $299 transfer fee, and must be approved in writing before the transfer is finalized. No credits, rollovers, or rescheduling options will be offered for future retreats. If a participant does not arrive on the scheduled retreat date, or fails to communicate cancellation at least 14 days prior, this will be treated as a no-show and payments remain fully forfeited with no exceptions. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the retreat experience and the limited spaces available. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms without dispute and understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended to safeguard your investment.
