TERMS + CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

By reserving a space at this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated here. This retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable except where stated otherwise. All participants are responsible for their own flights, transportation, travel documents, and personal medical needs. It is strongly recommended that guests purchase personal travel insurance to protect their investment. All attendees must sign a liability waiver prior to travel, releasing the host and Mánana Retreats from any responsibility for injury, illness, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, lost or damaged property, acts of nature, or any situation beyond our control. Alcohol may be served during select meals and activities — by attending, you agree to consume responsibly. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the retreat, and additional behavioural fees may apply if damages or disturbances occur. Guests must be 18 years or older to attend. If choosing a payment plan longer than three months, terms must be discussed and approved in advance through a connection call. Your reservation becomes legally binding once payment is submitted.
